"I was happy by the company."
"Great company with a good culture and product."
"I am working in T Rowe Price from last two years. I feel it's very big company and very friendly environment in all teams which I worked with. Very knowledge sharing persons in my team and always ready to help. I liked to work over here but they can't extend contract after two years. So i need to end the project."
"I was hired for this position back in April 2019 and it has always stood out in the financial industry as a great company. Great Benefits especially retirement. Work-Life balance varies per person which can be frustrating but for me, the balance has been great and pay very well. Also, they provide a lot of support to help you succeed and grow in your career."
"I have worked with T. Rowe Price for a little over a year. Ultimately I like the work environment and everything T. Rowe has to offer as a company. I have not been extremely satisfied with how the Workplace Investment Services Department is managed and the lack of upward mobility that is available to the employees, however. I go above and beyond for any employer I work with and I would like the opportunity to move up within the company as I know I have a lot to offer."
"Great company with great people"
"Although my time with this company is the shortest period on my resume, I still have many positive things to say about the culture, management, and atmosphere at their Colorado Springs office. It, unfortunately, it was not a good fit for me because of the required overtime that exceeded my son's daycare operating hours. During my time there, I felt so supported by all levels of management and was refreshed by the sense of synergy and concern by every co-worker for one another. I also was very impressed by the solid integration of diversity, including multiple communities and groups within the company to celebrate differences in culture, race, and gender. My only recommendation for this company would be to be more transparent with applicants about the amount of mandatory overtime during the interviewing process and revisit the training program as well. My new-hire class was among the first few groups to be trained at half of the traditional training period. We were told it was a new technique to do half of the training upfront and then the other half during the months that business volume was lower. I feel that many of us would have felt more prepared and well-versed on the many topics that would be discussed with clients, had we gone through the original 8 week period of training."

"A great place to learn a great deal and to develop your career."
"Great crash course on entering a brokerage company. You get to see behind the scenes of what goes on at one of the biggest brokerage firms out there. I'm so grateful for the experience they've given me!"
"Great place to grow, learn, and enhance skills. Training is limited, most of your learning will take place while performing the job. This is an analytical, results driven company with tight deadlines."
"Nice place to work. Nice work-life balance."
"This was a great company. Excellent work-life balance and great coworkers."
"Worked as a RAM Intern for three months. It was a typical corporate America work environment, so I guess the one word you could use to describe this job is boring. I liked my supervisor and it's great to put on a resume, but I wish I held out for something better."
