"I am with Syntel for 3 years as of now. The only reason I am with Syntel so long is the technical work satisfaction I get while working with the client.I have worked with 4 other employers than Syntel and Syntel is the worst!!!Though I did not like this company, If you think you can keep your manager happy, you should join this company. You don't need any efforts and capabilities than being a good spy and skills to fool around the people"

"I've worked for the company for two years in the Outsourcing/Benefits Administration LOB. Please note this is a review strictly of this LOB and not of the others.However...you're expected to work for free. If you ever put in for overtime, you're strictly monitored for it. Basically this place has a fundamentally flawed business model. No client has ever been profitable. Nobody is healthy, everybody is overweight and looks like they might shoot up the place. Do not get hired here!"

"I have worked for EZCORP for several years, and they treat their employees very fair and have excellent benefits. However, it has been a struggle to move up in this company as it employs thousands of people across the US."
