What don't you like about working at Systron Donner Inertial?

"The facilities are a little run down, though they are slowly upgrading. The senior management appears more interested in the bottom line (Profit) than trying something new."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Try for clearer communication, and less apparent favoritism. Give some funding directly to the employee committee to allow for better/more often social events. Allow for people to make mistakes, and Publically promote when someone does something outstanding."
