"The facilities are a little run down, though they are slowly upgrading. The senior management appears more interested in the bottom line (Profit) than trying something new."

"Try for clearer communication, and less apparent favoritism. Give some funding directly to the employee committee to allow for better/more often social events. Allow for people to make mistakes, and Publically promote when someone does something outstanding."

"There was no respect for the experienced maintenance personnel and very hazardous working conditions."

"Treat the experienced maintenance personnel with respect and be open to suggestions."

"My internship at Systron Donner in the summer of 2012 was a great experience. I had a very stimulating project that I felt was perfect for me to wrap my mind around. It was full of tracking variables from the 50 or so files to successfully create a working simulation of one of their GPS systems."
