"I loved working on computationally intensive engineering problems on large data sets. My company provided very flexible hours and the ability to telecommute."

"none, they take actions necessary leaving the minions to do the work."

"Ask your manager all kinds of questions during the interview. Ask friends if they know an employee you can reach out to."
What don't you like about working at Kindred Healthcare?
"Certain managers micro manage extremely too much. There is a definite path to management and it depends on how much you suck up to the person above you as to what your path actually is."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of the dead weight. People are appreciated and rewarded for sneaking through the cracks too long while other people pick up their slack."

"That I wasn't paid much at all, but it did allow me to take my pre-med classes for free."

"You will enjoy the work but consider that as part of your compensation package."

"No process for performance reviews and compensation adjustments. Great work but no room for growth. Some disconnect between divisions."

"Improve working relationship and communication among managers to better manage your staff."
