"CDNetworks, Not that great of a job"
What do you like about working at CDNetworks?
"I enjoyed the technical challenges."
What don't you like about working at CDNetworks?
"The SR. management (VP and up.) was bad or non existant. This company is being lead in the wrong direction"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pick a direction an lead people there, and stick with that direction. Since I have been at CDNetworks there have been 3 CEO's, and 20-odd VP's coming and going in the last 2 years alone. Not a way to run a stable company"

What do you like about working at IBM?
"Advanced technology; the freedom to learn; the freedom to decide what area I want to work in as well as geographical location; great camaraderie with fellow employees; some excellent managers."

"Be up to date on your technical skills in the area you are interviewing."
What don't you like about working at IBM?
"Bureaucracy."

"Make decisions that are not necessarily by the book."

"There was always work to do. I liked most of the people I worked with. There was plenty of room for career growth."

"Ask many questions."
What don't you like about working at New York Air Brake?
"There was a great lack of organization and substantial imbalance of work. Simple things like shipping a package to the field site created complications. For the amount of stress, pressure, and lack of direction, the pay was ridiculous."

"Need organization and structure. Most of management was based in another location."
