"The opportunities of evolution within the company are very restricted and no productivity bonuses exist."

"I believe that the most important is that people which produce the final product should be rewarded some how."

"I like working at home and the team I work with and I like the flexible hours."

"There is very little growth capabilities in the company. Telecom has been in a downcline for the past 12 years. Have not recieved a raise in 3 years and lost pention plan."

"Less managers over the workers and keep true to what you say."

"Commission-based salary that doesn't earn enough, based on amount of input."

"Spread tedious responsibilities to other employees. Improve commission pay for hard working employees."
