"I loved the fact I was able to work without my supervisor always breathing down my back. I felt quite comfortable with the people I provided support for. At times it was bit overwhelming as I was a IT group of one. We were a non-profit so often there was not enough funds to provide adequate infrastructure and I was required to work with older equipment past it's life cycle."

"No, other than good luck. Good company with mostly caring people, but there's always exceptions."

"Never liked the Office Politics, phony and pretentious. If you have something to say, say it. Don't beat around the bush."

"Step up, change, take responsibility, spend time fixing the problem and not finding blame."

"It's alright, I would like to have an opportunity to work with more people my age."

"My boss gives me no direction because he has no idea what I do."

"Had very good opportunities to learn a lot of skills including RDBMS, data modeling, SDLC, and insurance business."

"One of the key projects on reinsurance did not complete after making quite some investments on the software, hardware, training, and consulting fee."
