"I worked for Systecon since 2016. At the time, it was a small privately owned company. In 2019, Engie acquired Systecon and that is when things began to change. Systecon was no longer a small private company, it was now part of a large conglomerate which slowed down all decision making by the local company. The employees were great to work with but they were over worked and understaffed for the workload coming in. The company tries to hire more staff but the pool of people available was not very strong. Management did the best they could do under the circumstances."
