"My Job as a software tester.Managing all the Globestar projects from offshore. Started project with onsite coordinator and cross vendor team. Understand the knowledge about the project by creating and executing the test scenarios and test cases and for one country. Formed the offshore team, first started with 2 teammates and then formed it 6 team members which were handling manual test cases and 2 members were handling automation test scenario along with cross vendor teammatesPrime responsibility to handle all the projects from offshore, calculate the test estimation, create and maintain the status reports, attend the status updates meetings with client and developers and environment team. Keep track of work done by team members which include cross vendor team members track as well. Take meeting with onsite coordinator discussed the health of the projects. . Create the metrics to show the health of each project and update the values in each week. Explain it to onsite coordinator."
