It is that simple. Every month you have the ability to earn bonuses based on four metrics, CPPH, attendance, QA scores, and productivity. For part time employees who hit all four metrics they will receive $150 bonus. For full time employees that hit all four they will receive $300! That is on top of your regular pay.
