"I enjoyed most of my coworkers at Synergent. Good group of people. Some of the Management is very weak."

"If you have another opportunity elsewhere, take that."
What don't you like about working at Synergent?
"The fear everyone has that works there that they could lose their job at any moment. This is a real and genuine fear. I have never seen anything like it in my 15 plus years in the workforce. They fire more people that companies 10 times as large."

"They need new management."
