"Synectics was very proactive in working with consultants, with weekly status reports and good resource database with other employees. Compensation package was very good and staff and management very supportive."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Most of there work is with AT&T and if you are looking for a more diverse client list this may not be the firm for you."
What don't you like about working at Synectics?
"It was my first consultant job and I was very unfamiliar some of the aspects when a clients business model changes and the project gets terminated. My agreement was a two year commitment is the client obligated to honor the contract."
