"Currently the business is very slow. I don't know from one day to the next if I'm going to have a full day or not. Attendance is very strict. It is based on a 9 point system No one's fault. Miss a day it's a point. Accumulating 9 points, you are fired. No cell phones are permitted during business hours. When walking in the warehouse although there may be no product, you cross a line, it may be an infraction. It's like walking on egg shells. Morale is not very good."

"the inability of the location to adapt to new energy. the over all focus sometimes is neglected"

"the direction of production starts with management. tenure is not always a good thing"

"No as the old company no longer exists (buy-outs and original owners selling-off)"

"Again, have to be brutal and frank. This was a great company to grow up in."
