"I worked here for about 8 months and although it's your typical corporate culture, there is a real effort to be agile. The company is transitioning into the technology industry and aiming to disrupt themselves. With this comes a lot of uncertainty and no clear strategic vision."

"I enjoyed working in R&D but that is a very small portion of the company, many other division were not good places to work. Management was poor and work not allocated very well."

"The interview was purely behavioral and involved a round robin set of interviews where 4 different managers interviewed applicants."
What don't you like about working at Symcor?
"I was very bored because I finished my work in far less time than expected and ended up making up my own projects to help make the company more efficient. When I was in R&D the only thing I didn't like was when the division was cut."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to the employees more instead of planning and going to meetings without interacting with the actual developers."
