"I learned a lot about office management in a private, for-profit setting. For the first time in my life I was interviewing people for employment and handling tasks of a human resources nature. In addition I wore many other hats that were clerical and administrative."

"This is different than interviewing for a school district. Emphasize your skills in helping struggling and indifferent students to succeed."
