What do you like about working at Switchfast?
"The people at the company make it very easy for one to enjoy where they work and continue to do what they do. There are no strict deadlines nor are there quotas. As an employee, you are always motivated to just try your best and prove yourself to the company and show yourself as a valuable asset."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself in the interview as much as you can because they look for a person who can fit into the company culture. The marketing experience comes after some training and the boss there does a great job at getting you comfortable before you complete the actual work."
What don't you like about working at Switchfast?
"I wished there was a bit more diversity in the work. But this would be my only complaint because the benefits of the company out weight all of the negatives."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that the JMAs get some more experience other than phone to attend face to face meetings with Account Executives."
