"The Sushi Shake located in Fort Lauderdale DownTown Las Olas became recently advertised in paid promotions by the Miami Herald a good place to dine and it was that way until the Chef resigned to keep working for the owners leaving away the responsibilities to workers and inexperienced management to do kitchen work I was hired to do Food prep certified ServSafe working well until chef resigned no one has the menu recipes than the food prep and the chef the sushi cooks are at front different responsibilities than food Preparation for the cooking line menu adding to their situation a new hire dishwasher was on the second day of training inexperienced kitchen work under 20 years old Hispanic didn't follow instructions of the food prep Chef responsible of the health guidelines and procedures to make recipes without Main Chef the dishwasher threaten the food prep with a ladle to pick up a fight after didn't want to follow instruction to use a Whisk and mix a large container of liquid (sauce) being upset and stated to be mad against for moment the dishwasher was deceived and talked out of his attitude by ignoring him the employee was reported to main Chef on his last day of work and after days of being scheduled to work the dishwasher was being at the dishwasher like no reason to be concerned, and no follow up about the Food prep asks the manager since no more main chef what is the conclusion with discretion awaits for the answer the Korean woman manager of the Sushi shack kitchen a shame to say her name.. Said you are killer in front of the managers and owners out loud and walks away sushi shack owner reply that sound like you are a threat you are fired. not up to discussion they miss handled the food not knowing how to do the recipes since the Main chef did not share the recipes procedures to them a Chinese chef expert of their menu they modify the menu of what they could of make the weekend was all ready on going and so on trying to have recipes of the web not good."
