What do you like about working at Surgical Exchange?

"At first everyone was very accommodating and nice, then when problems arose at the work site they got very quiet and then slowly started to not call me any more"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would say just be careful about what you agree to, and what is on a contract because this agency will not back you if there are contractual problems. they will side with the employer because that's were their money comes from"

What don't you like about working at Surgical Exchange?

"They were not really honest. I think perhaps there was an element of caring that surfaced but I think there just wasn't any balance. Often the office staff didn't know who I was, or either that or pretended. It was a mess."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To try and protect and side witih employees listen if a person works registry they clearly want the money because they aren't getting anything else. Work with them. If someone is not telling the truth in these situations its the employer, most of the time."
