"I have worked for Sur La Table for over 4 years. During my first couple years, the company allowed the individual to make a difference and respected the results that were achieved. Over the course of the last year or so, the company has turned to micromanaging the Store Manager to the point that they are too busy trying to keep up with the knee jerk reactions and company direction. High level management is allowing the manager to make choices, not making the choices for the manager."
