"Administrative intransigence. * Failure to pay the financial rights only after a long period of time. * Neglect of management of administrative staff and their rights, and the lack of rights of the employee only if asked for, and engaged in a transaction process. This Amadaip-time staff member. * The absence of a mechanism of action. * Do not accept the criticism of the directors. * Inequality in the distribution of Almkavaouat and financial receivables"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"* The establishment of a system of internal control deficiencies and to avoid the delay of their rights and entitlements of staff of financial and in kind, and to monitor the transactions and where the place of obstruction and to take necessary action on the delay. * Address the empowerment of positions. * Attempt to abolish the fund and the use of human bank account for receipt of material rights. *"

"Actually, the best suggestion I could give them is to apply fresh paint (bright color) and replace lighting fixtures (too dim), as this simple change would restore the mood."
