"I purchased an expensive server motherboard (X11DPH-TQ) from Supermicro on May 21, 2019. It took my company Tech 3 weeks to try to debug the board. It took Supermicro Techs 10 days to discover that the motherboard was defective. That was 32 days of trying to fix their broken product. Supermicro took the position that it was more than 30 days, so their broken junk was now my property for all time, no refunds, no exceptions. We were a customer for 1o years and spent over $15,000.00 with this company. They have lost our business, and have disgraced themselves with this deceptive short-sighted, and dishonest policy."
