"Good people to work with and they gave me a lot of freedom!"

What don't you like about working at Superlative?

"Minor communication problems and lack of management in a few areas that effected my job duties. I was told by Supervisors that I worked myself to the top of the ladder and there was nowhere for me to advance. (ironic circumstances in my case)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I hope they learned NOT to launch a new product without help documentation or instructions for the end-user."
