"Always be prepared. nothing is as it seems. Working conditions at this facility is not healthy"

"Working conditions: no heat, no Air conditioning, no ventiliation.. dirty dusty area. no office, no privacy to work, not feeling welcome by peers( Supervisors management)"

"better training, listen to employees- actually care about the employees working conditions- take care of employees and they will take care of you with better parts and better production"

"I enjoyed working with the employees and the equipment. I was considered the resident expert on many of the pieces of equipment in the facility as well as many of the software programs."

"Many of the technical staff is very inexperienced (recent grads). Be prepared to explain how things are in the real world."
