"Great, except for the economy."

Superior Communications Employee

"Poorly micro-managed company with a NazI SS HR...not the ideal working environment for healthy personal growth."

What do you like about working at Superior Communications?

"Small privately-held company with great potential for growth on a corporate scale. Good people (whom never stay long) to work with, with the exception to the bad apples."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't expect market-level pay. Also do not get your hopes up about raises and bonuses, because even bonuses have been REVERSED (yes, DEBITED from your checking account after the day they post). If you can play the game right, you MAY move up the ranks quicker than others."

What don't you like about working at Superior Communications?

"POOR management. Big Titles are easily given to those individuals who play the game of politics (ego efficiency), yet company is still micro-managed by senior management. You are brought in as a professional at your field of expertise, yet your work and recommendations to the company (regardless of budget and practicality) is easily undermined by other managers going over your head. Too much corporate drama for a company this small in size."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"LEARN how to manage efficiently and wisely in the interests of the company, and not for personal gain. Put people into management based on education level, hard skills, and soft skills, and NOT those who upper management favor. Be HONEST with your employees and not just have your Nazi-SS like HR department strike fear in them. For a company that generates over $300M a year in revenue, of which less than 10% is actual PROFIT, there is truly a problem...perhaps re-evaluate those people in high positions, and see if they are really fit for the job."
