"I've worked here since June of 2018. The conditions are less than acceptable in terms of safety because that's not a priority here. There's a system in place that only lets the seniors hold important database product knowledge that every employee is supposed to have. This would minimize mistakes and accidents in the production line. The pay is not good at all for a supervisory position. They "promoted" me to a more critical position but it doesn't pay any more than my current position with much less responsibility, so I will be sure to turn down their offer."
