"The job and the people. Everyone was very professional and worked very hard. The job was challenging and demanding which I enjoy. We communicated online and through conference calls and everyone was always available and pleasant to deal with."

"I wish that I was not a contractor. I would still love to work there."

"The customers were always first, and customer service became second nature. We were a team."

"Communicate with your employees and promote from within. Understand that there are diffrerent management style to management, and each employee is different."

"Always focus on learning. Keep your cup empty so that it can be constantly filled with knowledge."

"There was a wide variety of different types of people that I came into contact with everyday."

"The size of each team was growing from 15 to over 25 employees per supervisor. It was getting too large to quickly to manage properly."

"Reduce the amount of employees per group."

"Team atmosphere and work ethics."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My only advice would be to come prepared for the interview. Plan questions that you will want to ask the interviewer and definitely be on time for the interview."

What don't you like about working at SunTrust Banks?

"Glass ceiling, no opportunity for advancement. Improper job placement for my level of experience, I returned from medical leave and had to take a position 3 levels below my experience level. When an opportunity came open for advancement, I was told that I was the glow of the reception area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I suggest management, uphold company procedures and look for employee advancement opportunities when the time comes for individual employees. Maybe also hire an Industrial/Occupational psychologist to assist in employee placement, structuring job descriptions and salaries, and to perform surveys of employment assessments and performance reviews."
