"I have worked for SunTrust now Truist for 10 plus years as a Fulfillment Specialist III. Pros. I work from home & I enjoy my shift hours 6-2:30 pm which is especially helpful in the midst of the pandemic. The pay is competitive & our Fulfillment team works well together. There are lots of opportunities to cross-train within the Loss Mitigation-Fulfillment team. Cons: The turnover within the management team may make establishing a rapport a little challenging. I have had 5 managers and the last 2-3yrs."

"Company is laying off 25 very experienced people and shipping their jobs to India for cheaper labor after just receiving a massive tax cut from our government. Management is also making the staff train the India staff before laying them off. This is the most disgusting thing a company can do to their employees. They say they care about their staff and their customers, but it's all about the numbers and making sure they get their budget cutting bonuses. Stay clear of this company."

"I am an employee that is losing his job due to SunTrust Mortgage sending my job to India. When I ask why, I was told it was due to "cheaper labor". We still have companies out here despite getting a massive tax break, still shipping American jobs to India for cheaper labor. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SUNTRUST BANK OR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE. They are greedy and do not really care about their customers or employees. Is all about their numbers and nothing else."

"I feel like I am underpaid and sometimes it stops me giving my 100 percent. I feel guilty for giving my 100 percent"

"Pay well, keep your employees happy and they will give you the best they can"

"The ability to problem solve in an difficult role in an industry with increasing visibility. Risk management is difficult in that there is always need for mitigation; however this can be a positive as it gives a constant opportunity to make positive improvements."

"Do not interview with the idea that they will train you once hired. Your previous experience will be your primary guide."

"The lack of clarity in roles and regulations coupled with a lack of accountability by senior management."

"To lower turnover, the company must eventually clarify roles and responsibilities in addition to improving the work environment."
