"Not much to like other than a job in this crummy economy"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You must sign a non compete agreement, you sit in CONSTANT teleconferences, you have no control over pricing to customers, you are not allowed to make any major decisions and your accounts are not protected. The amount of reporting here is staggering...oh and you're expected to sell as well while doing all this. You are paid a commission based on profit but the company taxes the profit and doesn't pay you for all of it. You don't get a company car and their mileage rate doesn't cover your costs."

What don't you like about working at SunSource?

"Micromanagement, reams of spreadsheets, lists and neverending email work cause you have no help"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop asking for target lists every week based on a whim, ease up on paperwork or you'll see many people jumping ship when companies start hiring again"
