"Sunrise Church was a great place to work and I had been attending that church for almost 26 years so being able to be on staff at the church I grew up in was great! The pay wasn't that great which kind of comes with working in ministry and I need to be able to survive and provide for my future family. In terms of my job it felt as though I plateaued and couldn't move up at all. While I was very efficient with my work, being stuck in the same position with no hopes of moving up to more of a senior level is pretty discouraging."
