"Constantly changing product portfolio. I was not sure which product was more important each Quarter. Poor Managed Care contracts."

"Consistency, even though the world is changing, they need a 2 year, 5 year, and 10 year plan."

"In the past couple of years the company was purchased by another company and installed leadership that was more interested in future products then the respiratory portfolio I was involved in promoting. Thus company laid off respiratory sales force."

"Did not receive any suggestions from corporate management but my District Manager was very instrumental in providing leadership that allowed for my success"

"Unfortunately, Upper Management changes and corruption in early 2008 killed Sepracor."

"Customer's appreciate honest consultants! People are valuable! People are valuable! Sell, Sell, Sell!"

"You need to have a back up plan. They will probably go bankrupt. The only company I know that runs in the red. Not good management."

"Sepracor they are not big pharma. That is a plus"

"They need to get rid of one of the managers from Colorado. He is not competent to do his job. Too many personal issues. Lucky his manager likes him. They both should be let go. Not good people."

"Separcor has great professional that are working for them. They are top of their league. However, Seprcor has a very unique way of doing business. Sepracor tends to side with management without hearing out the sales force. Unfornately like many company, there are always bad managers in the mix. I was unfortunately had my share. I am a person with great professional background and also a clinical pharmacist pharm.D."

"Do your research on the company and look into their management history."

"The pay was good but poor leadership"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Mainly HR should re-evaluate how investigation should be handle. Management should be look into as much as the sales force. The particular managers has already been let go but that was I after I was force to resign."
