"Working with Independent Contractors, normal everyday people who are trying to make some extra money in demos."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you have a life and wish to keep it, do not attempt. It is a job that turns out to be 24-7, time for which you are not paid, and has no days off. If considering this job the terms cannot be commission as was offered to me- an hourly rate that covers all the time you spend working (incoming calls, delivery trips, pulling up incomplete sreadsheets, time spent mailing, etc. This job will eat up all your time, people calling at all hours, you will have no life other than this."
What don't you like about working at Sunflower Staffing?
"Terribly disorganized and expect Coordinators to do all the work- not just staffing but Payroll issues, Tech Support, providing equipment at the last moment that Company neglected to send out."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To bring in a Consultant that will audit their entire process in all aspects of the business to make them see where it is not flowing. On the Coordinators side is rife with overwhelming lack of consideration, being provided incomplete spreadsheets, shipments not made in time, lack of tech support and communication."
