Sunfiber Employee

"While I am greatly valued as a manager the operators and technicians are not appreciated and cooperate culture does not align with many of my moral values. Even though I am treated well personally members who do not over perform are not properly compensated. I believe I would work better in a company that values safety as well as quality and allows for members to grow,"
