What do you like about working at Sundance Spas?
"Everyday was a challenge. Just to know you were not going to be fired and your job moved to Mexico."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Plan on being overworked and underpaid. But people are realistic."
What don't you like about working at Sundance Spas?
"No one wanted to face the problems. They would just hire another VP that postponed any decision until they were trained, then, fire and start the blame game all over again. That graph doesn't look pretty, (i.e. No the data says you are losing money on this product), change the red to pink so it is not so noticeable."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Stop the Branding of products. It is old and not profitable. Give the customer what they want even if the name is not popular. If it is a good product it sells without any advertising or name being famous."
