"Be careful about where the company may be heading. With the Oracle merger coming soon, it may be a different company soon once Oracle has a chance to assess areas of cost containment"

"The company is very political and has trouble adjusting to changing market trends. Sun has become a follower instead of a technology leader"

"Reign in costs, improve product quality and ensure your customers are using their solutions in the most cost effective manner. In addition, reduce layers of management"
