"No respect whatsoever for employees."

What do you like about working at Summit Health?

"Flexibility as an independent contractor. You can work when you want and not work when you don't want to work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They don't really interview you, so I cannot offer advice."

What don't you like about working at Summit Health?

"They pay lower wages than almost any other company in the industry. There is no room for mobility or pay increases. They hire wait staff, retail clerks, and other non-medical personnel to do medically related and health related tasks. You cannot make a suggestion or a complaint or you will be fired. They are extremely cheap and try to push all of their expenses off onto you (no compensation for travel expenses, medical staff must dispose of medical waste and sharps on their own, etc). They prefer to hire and promote uneducated staff who will not question anything or have any original thought or self-iniative."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Only hire people with the necessary education and experience. Pay people according to education and credentials. Give employees a method of input. Treat everyone with respect."
