"While working at Summit National inc. as a technical support specialist I was presented with the opportunity to try my hand at technical sales for Summits new Client Server Lease accounting software. Due to my interactive presentation and ability to communicate new high tech software features in a way that non-technical bank presidents could understand."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Sure dress well spek clearly articulate what you need to and alwys leave with a firm handshake"

What don't you like about working at Summit Bank?

"Was the lack of leadership and inoovation. Change from dos to windows was like pulling teeth. I worked both on dev/support and sales"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase commisions and be more understanding of economy. Need to be more responsive to change"
