"Loved working there"
"I loved evey part of the job. It was a family owned company and I felt that I really fit in there."
"Horrible work environment. Owner CEO is a bipolar alcoholic. Too much family/ex family involvement. Too much management turnover. Too much drinking and partying by management. Pay is very high for management employees, to compensate them for putting up with the never ending struggles of trying to make the ownership always appear blameless for the many failures that occur. The next generation of family will be destined for failure."
"This company is a joke! They expect you to do a job with substandard parts and supplies. They will not stock parts needed for the machines they want you to keep running. And they do not care what sacrifices their employees have to make to get the job done. The only thing that matters to them is the bottom line."
"Great place and they have an outstanding system in place! Truly going miss it!"
"A great place to work, cold environment but that's required since it is a meat processing facility that produces raw and ready to eat products. Management and People are great to work with and the hours of operation can be long at times and short during other times but that to is the nature of the beast."
"Good growing company with family atmosphere and opportunity for advancement."
