"The Desert Project at Agua Calliente was a bust from day one. They should not have taken the project. Understaffed!! My piece of the pie was 60M and they gave me one GREEN assistant. Project was set for failure from day one and it was a major loser for Roel. Left for Orr Builders within 3 months after they would not staff the project properely."
