2.7The pay is below industry standards, and everyone works anywhere between 50-70 hours. The employee turn over rate is the highest I have ever experienced. It's not uncommon for someone to leave after a month, or even a week. Very poor management, unnecessary procedures, and policies that make everything far too difficult and serve no purpose. Witnessing co-workers cry is disturbingly common. A few positives would be, meeting a few good people who are going through it with you and learning just how quickly you can work.
