"I worked for the Straz for over three years. The management of employees is very poor and the managers do not care about the growth of employees. The turnover rate is very high and the positions are never filled just given to others who do no recieve compensation. I trained my last two managers who came in which did not start our relationship off on the right foot. Fellow co workers are fun and easy to get along with but overall everyone is worn out and under compensated."
