"It's a large, bureaucratic machine with inefficient processes and whose work is increasingly focused on big boring projects."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Accenture is a large, diverse and successful company but if I had the opportunity I would invest more heavily into strategic markets and hiring more high caliber people."
