"they need to focus on organic growth, develop a corporate brand, establish a plan that includes marketing the brand and differentiante themselves from other much larger organizations."

"S3C is a kind of university where you get a lot of opportunities to learn many things. You get time to learn many thing which help improve your performance in the company."

"If you are interviewed for a test or design engineer, you should know the circuit analysis techniques very well. You will be interviewed by the CTO of the company who is a master of analog and digital design."

What don't you like about working at Strategic Staffing Solutions?

"The only thing I don't like is that they don't provide any coaching classes before they put you into doing some new and totally different kind of job. I have to learn every thing on my own and on my own expense. The good thing is that they give me time."

"Management should provide more budget for training which is necessary for performing a specific job."

"STAY AWAY!!! This is the absolute worst company to be a recruiter or salesperson for. EXTREMELY high turnover and they do layoffs/terminations very quickly if numbers aren't what they, unrealistically, expect...even if you only have one client to recruit for and they are slow plus every other firm in town is also a vendor there. This company absolutey does not care about their recruiters and sales team...EVERY SINGLE person on the team I was on is no longer with S3. Not one (out of at least 10 people)."

"Senior Management, supervisor's professionalism, reverse-sexism, totally unrealistic metrics expectations, office location, support staff is extremely rude, high turnover"
