"I loved what I did, but I did not love the way I was treated for always trying my hardest. I was always treated poorly by my superiors (not including my manager/supervisor). The way that the company is structured seems illegal and makes sure that the employees know and understand that they do not care about them. The owner even called me into his office to tell me how much he really doesn't care about me or what I do for his company. Basically stated that I am just another piece to his scheme."
