"I've worked for Stop and Shop for a little over two years now. The company expects too much out of their employees for such little pay and poor tools. Instead of rewarding employees for a job well done they ignore it and wonder why you didn't work harder to get more done. I bent over backwards for my position, but never seem to get anywhere."
