"Pay was decent to start out. Reasonable good equipment and tools to work with. Many of the people were helpful and polite."

"Get a job description and be always be ready to find other employment"

What don't you like about working at Stolle Machinery?

"Health insurance is not good deductible is very high. Very cyclical job dependant on amount of custom machine orders so one week 60+ hours and the next be lucky to stay busy for 40. Not much diversity at my work location (muliple locations)."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"More diversity, better health plan, and better employement needs assessment. Write job descriptions and distribute them!"

"I like working with the people on the assembly floor and using their help and feedback to do my job better, which, in turn, makes their job easier and better."

"One piece of advise I would give would be to keep looking."

"The work is boring and monotonous, most of my peers are people that I would rather not talk to and my manager is territorial, childish and sets his employees up to look bad."

"If I were in charge, I would be more communicative and open with employees. I would also ask for their feedback about how they feel and what they would like to see happen with the company."
