"S&S is a strong 100 year + company. It has a history of keeping long term employees and having a fair to moderate compensation with above average benefits. One of the strongest characteristics of S&S would have to be the employees themselves and the strong relationships that are built between themselves. As with any company there are some negative aspects, but overall it is a growing company that is a good place to work."

"Lower the retail prices (GP margins) to entice new customers and gain work. Become part of the competition around you."
