"I have been employed by Sterling for over 22 years. Since day one of my employment, they have treated me with respect and acknowledgment of my abilities. They are a company that looks out for their employees and is always there when needed. The benefits are excellent, pay has always been in keeping with standards in the area and work hours are flexible depending on the needs of the employees."
"Government contracting keeps it interesting"
"Providers input, skills, health, and efforts are not valued or adequately compensated for. Reality of workload is three times what you are told and paid for. You will only be passified if you try to provide solutions to improving safety, efficiency, and quality of patient care and provider work conditions. Recruiters are professional and lure you in with initial efforts but once you sign the contract and actually experience reality, you soon realize there is no support to providers."
