"Sterling is notorious for buying other Background Screening companies purging them of their clients and dismantling their offices. Almost everyone in Upper Management has only been with the company for a few years and don't really know what they are doing. All they see are $$ and not the faces and people in front of them. If you recently got acquired, or are thinking about being acquired by Sterling Infosystems, I would recommend you reconsider. They outsource most of their operations to India."
