"Great opportunity to learn and grow, especially after the company decided to go Full Agile-Scrum way. lunch is free for team members every day. One downside is that the senior management don't know how to manage the budget well, so the IT department tends to run out of capital budget towards the end of the year and and tends to let go lots of TMs."

"Station Casinos is focused on delivering quality service to high-frequency guests. From the outside, they seem progressive and willing to implement new ideas. Once inside, however, there is a constant struggle between maintaining old ways versus moving forward with new ideas."

"I worked for station casinos three different times. They are a pretty decent company to work for. However, they have many things to work on. They don’t seem to care about retaining employees that do their job. They have a very strict progressive discipline policy, and some supervisors exploit this. They also do not pay their employees very well, but they do have amazing benefits. I would recommend working for station casinos but to be careful and follow all policies and procedures to a point."

"The director of my dept is atrocious. She tells managers sneaky ways to fire people they personally don't like and quietly discriminate against. She backs up the mgrs when team members complain about mgrs and has caused a lot of former and current employee lawsuits."

"I worked several years in the kitchen and I know what is best for the company, I know different types of owners for better results. I use different styles of cooking to make a better produce like vacuum, low temperature, salt, everything to make longer shelf life. I used N for add days to preserve the produce for the grocery. Always research for new techniques, new produce and new solutions."
